Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are non refundable, however with 24 hours notice, we will be happy to reschedule the adventure. Customers will receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows will not be able to receive a refund or reschedule their adventure.

Can I reschedule my reservation?

With 24 hours notice we will be happy to reschedule your adventure.

Will my group be the only ones in the room?

Since we are providing private bookings due to COVID-19, it will always be just your group in the room. If your group wants to add more people, they can do that by bringing up to 10 people with them and then the additional people may pay upon arrival.

Is there an age restriction?

There is no age restriction.We do not recommend the adventure for children under 10. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have your parent or guardian sign the waiver. For your convenience you can print the waiver off of our website and bring it with you.

What happens if I'm late?

We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your adventure time. This allows time for everyone to sign the waiver.If you arrive after the adventure begins you are welcome to join the adventure that has already begun. If your entire group arrives late, we will attempt to provide you with the entire 60 minutes. Please note that if necessary for us to keep on schedule your adventure time may need to shortened.

Once a game has begun, will I be allowed to exit and reenter?

In case of emergency or urgency, you may exit and return to the room. We will not stop the clock. Once the clock starts it will not be restarted for any reason. We urge you to use the restroom prior to entering the room to avoid interrupting your session.
